Below, you will find the basic steps for a student to gain admission to South Charlotte Baptist Academy!
Educational Success Consultation
That stands for an "Educational Success Consultation" and this is were it all begins.
Parents will meet with one of our administrators to discuss how we might best serve the entire family in the education of their children.
The ESC is an opportunity to get to know you and for families to get to know us.
"Shadow" Day&
Preschool Observation
(K5-High School) This is an opportunity for your child to spend a few hours in the classroom getting to know the other students and staff and getting a feel for what SCBA is like.
Prospective preschool students (K3 & K5) will have the opportunity to "go to school" to allow our staff to evaluate your child's readiness for school.
Application & Enrollment
After the Shadow Day or the Preschool Observation, you will be sent an application.
Once the application has been submitted and accepted, you will begin the actual registration/enrollment process. During this process, you will complete the needed paperwork for your child to become a student at South Charlotte Baptist Academy.
Upon payment of the necessary enrollment fees and submission of your completed Enrollment Packet, our business office will work with you to set up your tuition payments
Once all the forms have been filled out and approved and your financial contract has been signed and returned, your child’s seat will be held for the next academic school year! We look forward to having the opportunity to serve your family in the coming years!
