Just How Postliterate Are We?

Article after article continue to point out the fact that children are not able to read!

I don't believe that anyone would argue the point to reading is fundamental to every aspect of a child's education.

However, there's another take on this...reading is an old technology! (Or at least that is the thought of some!)
